United Site Services Expands in Baltimore / Washington

Westborough, Massachusetts Sykesville, MD January 7, 2009

United Site Services (USS), the nation’s largest provider of portable toilets, temporary fence and other site services, announced today the acquisition of the Sykesville, MD portable restroom operations of Fogle’s Septic Clean Inc. on 12/31/2008.  The new location adds to the presence USS has held in the Baltimore/Washington, DC metro area since 2002.  It will also extend USS’s service area to Frederick, MD. 

The acquisition demonstrates USS’s continued commitment to strengthening its quality service capabilities in key markets.  This was the eighth company acquired by USS in 2008 and the 80th since its founding in 1999.

The Fogle family should be proud of the fine business they built” said CEO Kevin Bruce.  The family will continue to run their portable toilet service on Maryland’s eastern shore and their existing septic business. 

This acquisition adds to USS’s ability to service the Obama presidential inauguration later this month.  USS has contracted to provide thousands of portable restrooms at the Capitol and other locations for the official ceremonies.  The company will also deliver and service deluxe restroom trailers for dignitaries at various inaugural events.
