United Site Services Appoints New CEO Ron Carapezzi

Westborough, Massachusetts January 15, 2010

United Site Services (“USS”) announced today the appointment of GE Company veteran Ron Carapezzi as Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Carapezzi will also serve on the company’s board. Concurrently the Company announced that Terry Moriarty will continue in the position of President & CFO on a permanent basis.  Moriarty will also serve on the board.

While at GE Carapezzi was President and CEO, GE Commercial & Industrial Finance in addition to leading four other GE business units including Sponsor Finance, US Equipment Finance, Bank Loans and Capital Funding.  His experience at GE included assignments in sales, marketing, sales management and general management.  He also led the acquisition and integration of Heller Corporate Finance with GE’s Merchant Banking unit to form GE’s Sponsor Finance business. Carapezzi has demonstrated success in rapidly growing profitable businesses while at GE and most recently he founded FirstLight Financial Corporation, building it to a $940 million portfolio within one year.

Moriarty joined USS in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer.
