United Site Services Acquires Everson’s EconoVac to Strengthen Operations and Coverage in Washington State

Westborough, Massachusetts Sumner, Washington May 15, 2008

United Site Services, Inc. (USS), the nation's leading provider of portable restroom services, temporary fence, erosion control, power and storage, announced today the recent acquisition of the portable toilet business from Everson's EconoVac in Sumner, Washington.  The acquisition broadens USS's presence in the Seattle, Washington area. 

USS expanded to the Pacific Northwest in 2007 with its purchase of Cascade Phillips Co., which included its family of seven companies in Oregon and Washington.  USS now has locations throughout these two states to serve customers in the construction and special events markets.

"Adding Everson's portable toilet business to our established operations strengthens our ability to serve customers in the Seattle and Tacoma markets," said Kevin P. Bruce, president and CEO of USS.  “The acquisition complements our existing services for portable toilets, sinks, restroom trailers and holding tanks.  In addition, we have recently introduced temporary fence and mobile storage units throughout the Pacific Northwest region.”

Everson's will continue to provide pipeline inspection, sweeping and vacuum truck services. Only its portable restroom business has been purchased by USS.
